A Logan Solutions played a crucial role in the coordination of Alternative Heat’s recent head office move and the segregation of IT services from a sister company. - Specification & Procurement of Server Hardware: Collaborated with NITEC (MSP) for the acquisition of essential server equipment to bolster operational efficiency.
- Design of Redundant Corporate Network Infrastructure: Developed a resilient network architecture to ensure uninterrupted service and robust data connectivity.
- Design of Communication Rooms: Created detailed floor plans and specifications for communication rooms, including climate control measures (AC) to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Installation & Termination of Fiber Ring and Data Cables: Executed the installation of a fiber ring network and data terminations to enhance data transfer speeds and reliability.
- Design, Installation, and Commissioning of 11KVA Centralized UPS Solution: Implemented a centralized Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) solution to safeguard data integrity during power outages.
- Supply and Installation of Data Cabinets: Provided installation of data cabinets and core services to enhance organizational efficiency and space management.
- Interface with Main Contractors and External Providers: Coordinated with CCTV, security, access control, and IT service providers to ensure the project was delivered on time and met all technical specifications.
- Sourcing and Implementation of a New Telephone System: Evaluated and implemented a new telephone system to support the growing communication needs of the organization.
- Installation of Video Conference and Meeting Room Equipment: Set up advanced AV technology in shared meeting spaces and boardrooms to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Coordinating the Relocation of a 200-Person Workforce: Oversaw and managed the technical logistics involved in relocating the entire workforce from the previous premises to the new office.
